Surgeon
practicing or committed to Obesity Surgery can submit the application for Full
membership. Members will have a reduced fee for registration
at the Annual congress of OSSI & World Congress of IFSO. The full member will
have voting rights. The Full member will have the membership
of IFSO (International Federation of Surgery of Obesity) for which the reduced
amount dues of US $ 10 annually to IFSO will be paid by the Society. The
member who will pay the annual fee with Obesity Journal will receive the Journal
of "Obesity Surgery" monthly, for which the subsidized reduced fee will
be paid by the Society on their behalf.

Affiliated Member
Surgeon interested in Obesity
Surgery or any Para-medical and non-surgical person i.e. Nutritionist, Endocrinologist,
Radiologist, etc. can submit the application for Affiliate membership. The Affiliated member will have a reduced fee
for registration for the annual congress of OSSI. The member will have no voting
rights.
Instructions for submission of application
Please enclose the followings:- -
Photocopies of all certificates of academic qualifications & registration
of medical council
- Two copies of passport size
photograph in colour.
- Demand draft in favour
of "OSSI" payable at "Pune"
- Please
write your name on the back of the photographs & Demand Draft
